Greetings from Spangy! As many of you know the Live Earth concert starts July 7 to bring attention to Global Warming, worth a look. But to more immediate ways to impact the world, we introduce to the world, Fairmail. This is an innovative group started by Janneke Smeulders. She teaches relevant skills to women in Peru and they produce the most amazing greeting cards you will want to buy. This is the type of gift for the person or company who has everything, or truly wants to make a statement.

At Spangy, we believe the route to relevant and real economic sustainability for the world’s poorest people is through economic empowerment by making real transactions and not donations. Our mission is to bring product and service innovations that change lives for the world’s poorest 4 billion people, many of whom live on less than $3 dollars a day and often much less.
